Start with the process
Define whether production is continuous, box or molded; record target density, temperature, raw materials and equipment. Without context, comparing catalysts by name is rarely enough.
Separate gel and blow
Catalytic function must be treated as a balance. A change can affect rise, cure, stability and cell structure at the same time.
Validate at small scale
Change one variable at a time, record times and defects, and confirm properties after cure. The TDS guides; the system trial decides.
